• Do not include crop marks or bleeds
• Double sided products will be uploaded as two separate files unless otherwise specified in the artwork template

Additional Tips

• Do not submit with Pantones/Spot Colors – Convert to CMYK
• Convert live fonts to outlines
• Use provided design templates when available

Frequently asked questions

Q: Can I use the full wall(s) on all 4 sides?A: The full wall contains velcro along the top edge. Please use the velcro to secure the full wall to canopies. Please note: The tent canopy order must include with velcro to be compatible with full walls. Also, while ordering the tent canopy you are given the option to choose which sides of the canopy will include velcro.

Q: What do you recommend for cleaning the event tent graphics?A: We recommend you hand wash the event tent graphics by using soft brush, mild soap, and warm water to clean. Finally, the event tent is NOT machine washable.
