Be sure to convert all fonts to outlines or curves before sending the file. Please set the size of the proof in proportion to the exact size of the custom banner’s order. There’s no need to include bleeds in the proof, unless it is a part of the graphic. All text should be at least two inches from the edge of the banner’s grommets. Acceptable formats include:

  • EPS (Encapsulated Post Script)
  • AI (Adobe Illustrator)
  • PDF (Adobe Reader PDF)
  • PSD (Adobe Photoshop)
  • JPEG (High Resolution JPEG)
  • TIFF (High Resolution TIFF)

Depending on the resolution and pixels, PSD, JPEG, TIFF files gets blurry when enlarged. Thumbnail JPGs or GIFs cannot be used for large prints. If submitting these files please follow these guidelines.

  • 100% scale (full size output) at 100 dpi
  • 50% scale at 200 dpi or higher
  • 25% scale at 300 dpi or higher
  • 10% scale at 600-1200 dpi

Vector: Line art is scalable to any size, it never loses resolution and the image stays clean and crisp. Vector files can be submitted in any size, in proportion to your banner’s size

All reprints must duplicate what was originally printed.

Level Up Print does not have a color limit on its custom banners, allowing you to choose as many photos or graphics as you want on your displays.

Yes, we can print banners on both sides.

Yes, we print both but size selection on website is WxH. If you have any doubt you can opt for our Hire a Designer services for the design purpose.

Once your artwork has been approved it will go straight to production and no changes can be made.

Our design team will work with you until we create a banner that satisfies you. If we cannot come to an agreement, you can expect to see a full refund within 24 hours.

Printers at Level Up Print are calibrated to print colors accurately to match the order, but in cases that they do not, we cannot be held responsible. The appearance of the thumbnail could be different on our screens and equipment compared to yours. We will not issue refunds or accept returns due to color, depth or tone. However, we recommend you to provide Pantone + Color Bridge Coated for the best match. We address each of these situations on a case-by-case basis.

For certain file types like PDF, DOC, DOCX, EPS, CDR, AI, PSD, TIF, TIFF, PPT, BMP, SVG, our system is not able to generate an instant proof for review but we have your file and our pre-press department will review your file for size and quality (resolution) before sending it to the production. They will contact you if the file is not good for printing. If a proof is requested, you will receive an email proof (even if the file is good) within 24 hours and we will only process the order after you review and approve the proof.

We use 300 dpi to 1000 dpi resolution.

We employ cutting-edge printing and finishing gear. We have dye-sublimation, direct-to-fabric, solvent, Eco-solvent, and HP-Latex printers. The maximum resolution of our solvent and eco-solvent printers is 320 dpi, whereas that of our UV printers is 1000 dpi. Direct-to-fabric printing and dye-sublimation transfer technology are used to print all of our fabric goods. We provide solvent and UV printing for our banners and decals.

If our shipping carrier loses your order, we will open an investigation on that package and issue a reprint with priority shipping. This can take about 3–4 days.

Level Up Print stands firmly behind its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. All our products come with an industry-leading 180-day (six-month) warranty. In rare instances, if we have made an error in your custom order or the product is damaged during transit, we will promptly replace your order or offer a full refund. All you have to do is raise a ticket under “My Account”, and we will resolve it within hours.

Delivery Dates:
  • Guaranteed delivery dates on the website are based on the assumption that all information needed to process the orders, including print-ready graphic artwork and files, is received with the order. If there is any delay in getting the required information from the customer, it might delay the delivery date.
  • We use FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS as our shipping carriers. In rare cases, there might be a delay with the shipping carrier. In such instances, we do not take responsibility for the delay.

All of our banners include grommets every three to four feet, per industry standards. If your banner needs to have grommets placed at specific points, please explain in the ‘special instructions’ box. Also, if grommets are needed, you will have to select them from the dropdown.

Our vinyl banners do not come with wind slits, but this option can be arranged for an additional charge. We also have a collection of mesh banners, which are made with loosely woven vinyl that can withstand heavy winds.

Yes our Vinyl Banners are waterproof and weather proof. Generally our Banners last three to five years

Utilizing flexible bungee cords will ensure that the banner will hang in the proper areas. We recommend taking the signage down if the area experiences heavy winds

All about Orders, Payments and Shipping

We offer $20 flat rate shipping for orders under $150. Any order over $150 qualifies for free shipping. 

Once we get the approval for the artwork, orders will generally ship within 48 hours. Most customers have their orders within 3-5 business days. If you need your order rushed please contact us before placing it and we can discuss the available methods and additional costs.

Level Up Print’s website displays an estimated delivery date for your product based on the selected shipping method. Please use the correct payment option when you reach the checkout. Unless there were issues with the shipping company, we have fulfilled over 85% of orders by the expected delivery date.

Yes, please input the custom dimensions in the instant price space. For example, if you are looking for a 4.5 foot by 10 foot banner, input that measurement in the space where it says ‘instant price’.
Repeat these exact dimensions in the ‘special directions’ space to make sure that the design and printing teams are aware of the size of the custom banner.

You can contact our customer support team via call or chat. We will check the progress on the order, and if possible, we will make the changes to the order. However, once the order is processed and is in production, there cannot be any changes to the order.

Level Up Print’s guarantees that the order will be delivered safely and without any issues. However, sometimes the order may be damaged in transit. In which case you can take the product images along with the shipping box images, clearly showing the damage and the package label. Upon reviewing the images, we will offer a refund, reshipment, or store credit.

Once the order is placed you cannot update the billing address.

You can modify the delivery address while the order is in the packaging process. If you need assistance with this, please get in touch with our customer support team. However, once the order is packed you cannot make changes to the delivery address.

Due to different monitor calibrations, some printed colours may not always match the colours displayed on your computer monitor.
